Casa Jixx is a stylish and modern furnished 4-person appartment in the souterrain. It features 2 bedrooms with double beds and A/C. Please note: the bedrooms are connected to each other and the bathroom is in the first bedroom. Outside you can enjoy an atmospheric veranda with Palapa leaves and a shared 4-person jacuzzi. Free WiFi and IP TV are included. For added security, Casa Jixx has camera surveillance and an electric gate.
Minimum 3 nights. Price does not include a final cleaning fee of €80 (will be settled with deposit) and a deposit of €350, unless you have a booking of 2 weeks or more, then your deposit will be €500.Water consumption costs will be deducted from the deposit and refunded to your account. You can control electricity with the Pagatinu system and you can charge it with a Pagatinu Pass.
